THREE-COURSE FAMILY FEAST
Ya'll Gettin' Hungry Yet! When the western town closes and the sun begins to drop behind the foothills of Pikes Peak and the vertical red rock formations, it's time for supper. You’ll be introduced to the Ranch, the food, and the legacy. The piping hot Flying W Colorado smoked BBQ meats, the foil wrapped potato, and the Flying W beans, are placed on a tin plate. Your hand will be searching for the cold applesauce spot so that you can make it back to your table. Once you become a member of the Flying W boot sock coffee family, you will understand why the coffee drinkers at the Flying W Ranch have the “right-of-way.”

THE MEATS
SMOKED BEEF BRISKET
The secret to a great brisket is recognizing that every brisket is unique in both weight and marbling. Our professional Pit Master hand trims hundreds of pounds of the highest quality Angus beef brisket. Each trimmed brisket is coated with a generous amount of Flying W dry rub before being placed in our rotisserie smoker for 20-24 hours on low heat. This process produces a tender, moist, and flavorful brisket.
SMOKED TURKEY BREAST
Flying W smoked turkey has a delectably moist and firm texture, and a creamy-sweet taste that takes on the flavor of the smoked wood, with complex overtones. Each turkey breast is placed in a brine for several hours to lock in the moisture. It is subsequently seasoned with Flying W poultry rub, and smoked fresh daily.
SMOKED SAUSAGE
As with all of our meats, Flying W sausage is all about authenticity and quality. Containing a blend of coarse-ground premium pork and beef in a natural pork casing, our sausages are cured, seasoned, and smoked fresh daily.
