An authentic, secluded, and peaceful, family-owned and operated (since 1947) working Colorado cattle ranch with dramatic mountain views, immense red rocks, expansive ranch land, and century-old pines immerse you in an unforgettable and uniquely Colorado experience. Summer, spring, winter, or fall, whether you choose the stunning indoor vaulted ceiling of Saddle Hall with its rolling glass walls (exposing beautiful Colorado landscapes) or one of our matchless outdoor venues, your event will be private, peaceful, and secluded.

Unforgettable Amenities

Your entrance on a white horse-drawn carriage, pulled by 18-hand jet-black Percheron horses, cannot be described. Following the ceremony, you and the love of your life leave the wedding site, side by side in the carriage, glass of champagne in hand, and take a trip through rocks like those found in the Garden of the Gods. The carriage ride will be cherished for a lifetime. A fit-to-size dance floor, a 20′ x 12′ LED Wall (perfect for special, cherished videos and photos), live music, bridal and groom dressing areas. Miniature donkeys, horses, and endangered American Milking Devon Oxen can be incorporated into your special day.



The Food, the Food, the Food!

Flying W is known for its succulent smoked meats: smoked brisket, smoked Berbere ¼ leg chicken, and smoked salmon. In addition, 12″ Kansas City bone-in strip steaks are a sweet spot for the Ranch. Your requests are easily created by our culinary team. Appetizers such as duck terrine, dry-aged carpaccio with basil and aged Havarti, and assorted crostini, can be incorporated into your special days as well. Our culinary team is creative and resourceful and is constantly looking to incorporate local ingredients and elements into our menus.


