Chuckwagon Timing The Flying W Ranch Chuckwagon is open from Memorial Day weekend through the late part of September. As of January 1st 2010 the Flying W Ranch will no longer be open on Sundays except for Cowboy Church service. The Ranch will remain open Monday through Saturday throughout the summer.
