  • Spice cake.

  • Drinks offered - lemonade, iced tea, bootsock coffee and water.

Beginning August 1, 2023, our Wranglers will begin performing their new Fall Show! Our menu will change slightly as well. Between August 1 and October 7, 2023, we will offer smoked brisket and smoked berbere chicken quarters as our meat selections. We will not be serving turkey or sausage during this time.

Can I have a vegetarian or a gluten free option?

  • Yes, when you place your reservation online, there will be a box to indicate how many vegetarian or gluten free meals you will need. The vegetarian meal will include anything you want from the regular serving line (baked potato, beans, biscuit, etc) and a freshly cooked veggie & pasta plate. The only items in our regular menu that have gluten in them are the biscuit and spice cake. While we do not have an alternate choice for the biscuit, we will substitute a freshly baked gluten free cookie for the spice cake.

How is seating determined? Is it first come first served? Can we request a certain table?

  • Seating is determined by the order you check in at our Ticket Booth on the day of the event.

  • The closer you are to the front of the check in line, the more seating options there will be for you to choose from.

  • We do not accept table requests unless there are special circumstances such as impaired vision/hearing, but there are no guarantees given that you will be seated at a particular table or section.

Will we be eating inside or outside?

  • Our Chuckwagon AND Christmas at the Ranch dinner & shows are held entirely indoors.

During our Chuckwagon season, our Western Grounds are open from 5:00 - 6:30 pm. The Western Grounds are outdoors.

Do you have a handicap parking lot? What accommodations do you make for handicapped patrons?

  • We have two parking lots. As you drive through the Ranch gates, a parking attendant will show you where the handicap-accessible lot is. It is much closer to the Ticket Booth and venue than the other parking lot is.

  • The Mountain Stream Lodge, which is the venue where our dinner and show are held, is ADA compliant.

  • We offer shuttle rides on golf carts between the parking lot, Ticket Booth and venue for guests who need one.

  •  If you are unable to stand in the serving line, please let us know in the Comment box when you are making your reservation. We will gladly have a runner bring your meal(s) to you.

  • Tables in the front row have the most space to accommodate wheelchairs. If you would like to be seated in the front row for this reason, please let us know in the Comment box when making your reservation. There are no guarantees given that you will be seated at a particular table or section.

We made separate reservations/will be making separate reservations but want to all sit together as a group. How can we do that?

  • FIRST, decide on a name for your group, ie, "Smith Family", "Hansen Birthday", "Taylor Group".

  • If you have not yet made reservations, please inform everyone in your group that when they make their reservation, they will need to put the group name in the Comment box. This will alert our Ticket Booth of the names of those who wish to be seated together.

  • If you have ALREADY made reservations, please either email or call (719) 598-4000 ext 2 so that we may gather the names/reservation numbers of those in your group. We will then place a note in the reservations with the group name. This will alert our Ticket Booth of the names of those who wish to be seated together.

We've already made reservations but need to add one (or two, etc) more to our reservation. How can we do that?

While we cannot add to an existing reservation, you can:

  • Place an additional reservation and put a note in the Comment box that you would like the new reservations to be seated with (Name on prior reservation). This will alert our Ticket Booth of the names of those who wish to be seated together.

(1) Do I need to print out my tickets?

(2) I have 30 people in my group (all on the same reservation); do we all need to stand in line to check in?

(3) What time should we arrive?

  • (1) No. Please do not print out tickets. You can check in at the Ticket Booth with the name on the reservation.

  • (2) No. Only one person (per reservation) needs to go to the Ticket Booth to collect the tickets.

  • (3) Our gates will be open 15 minutes prior to the event starting time, ie, for a 5:00 pm event the gates will be open at 4:45 pm.

Do you celebrate birthdays/anniversaries/etc.?

Yes! Our Wranglers will do a collective shoutout from the stage for birthdays and anniversaries! You are welcome to bring a small cake (from a licensed bakery) for your group if you would like.
