Starting the first weekend in October, the fun continues within the colorful southwestern decor of the Winter Steak house a truly unique restaurant. Guests still enjoy the Flying W Ranch's special brand of western hospitality, steak house food and fun through the third weekend in December and then again from late March through mid May.
Our restaurant offers a Cowboy Sized 13 oz Kansas City Strip Steak (USDA Choice), BBQ Pork Ribs, Smoked Beef Brisket (USDA Choice), BBQ Chicken, or Rocky Mountain Trout grilled over a willow wood flame on the adobe patio.
Accompanying each entree is a foil wrapped potato, those "you can only get them at the Flying W Ranch" beans and Old Fashioned buttermilk biscuits with homemade honey butter. The meal begins with a crisp garden salad and your choice of dressing. The 125 year old full service Picketwire Bar adds to the ambience. As always, superb western entertainment is provided by the Flying W Wranglers.
