The Village Assembly Hall
The Village Assembly Hall is located fifty yards from the Little Church and is used throughout the year for receptions, meetings and company parties. The room is 3,500 square feet and has the capacity to seat up to two-hundred people.
One of the newest and nicest buildings at the Flying W Ranch. It has newly hand-carved corbels and columns from New Mexico woodcarvers, and Navajo weavings contribute to the Old West ambiance.
Although the outside is stucco, porter plaster and stucco roughly finished with a red rubber float, which allows the grains of sand to come to the surface. The finished effect appears to have defects with uneven surfaces and no pattern. The interior walls are smoother but were finished with the same application.
“We try to keep that authenticity here in our buildings,” Russ Wolfe once said. “There are so many places that put up false fronts.”
The hall is truly an amazing meeting place and can be decorated according to your desires. You also have the option of catering the event yourself or allowing us to cater it for you.
The following is included in the cost of the rental:
Bartender, Coffee, Plates, Cups, Silverware, Set up and Clean up.
