The Flying W Ranch Winter Steakhouse is the perfect retreat for groups of 40 to 200 because here at the Flying W Ranch we have a winning combination of beautiful natural surroundings, an old Western Village and mighty tasty cowboy cuisine. When the Flying W Wranglers top the evening off with their outstanding western stage show, we really have an offering unsurpassed in Colorado.
Those attending will enjoy a "top notch" sit down dinner, with linen table cloths and complete table service. In the Steakhouse we offer complete bar service as well. You'll even be waited on by one of the entertainers.
For dinner, we offer a cowboy size13OZ KANSAS CITY STRIP STEAK. Flame grilled trout and BBQ chicken are available for those on a restricted diet. We also offer BBQ pork ribs and vegetable trays as appetizers at an additional cost. Each entree is complemented with a crisp dinner salad served with our own homemade, honey-mustard dressing. We round out the meal with a foil wrapped potato, Flying W red baked beans, and the best tasting old fashioned buttermilk biscuits you’ll ever eat, accompanied by our homemade honey butter.
After enjoying a truly sumptuous repast, you will be thoroughly entertained by the world's second oldest cowboy band, the Flying W Wranglers. Their rich vocals and three and four part harmonies combined with instrumental virtuosity and family friendly bunkhouse humor top off a corporate event at the Flying W that will long be remembered.
The Steakhouse is open March, April, and May and again in October, November, and December. We have a 5pm or 8pm dinner and show each Friday and Saturday. On either of these sittings your group can arrive an hour earlier for cocktails, and fellowship in the Village Assembly Hall.
